This position will serve both Center for International Rehabilitation and MedRed, LLC. For this reason, we will give priority to candidates with both non-profit and government contract accounting experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES: The Senior Accountant will perform a variety of accounting, clerical, and administrative tasks for accounts payable activities. These include:
QUALIFICATONS: The minimum qualifications include: Bachelor’s degree in accounting and at least five years of experience. Knowledge of OMB Circulars A-110 and A-133. Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with others; ability to work independently and be proactive about identifying and resolving potential problems and financial discrepancies, ability to prioritize and organize work assignments and meet deadlines; ability to read reports and analyze transactions; proficiency with Excel spreadsheets; familiarity with grants and contracts a plus, familiarity with Sage MIP Fund Accounting and ADP systems a plus; accurate and fast data entry skills.
