JOB DESCRIPTION:
UPS Supply Chain Solutions is currently seeking a Senior Accounts Receivable Associate.
Responsibilities and duties include but are not limited to:
? Audit rates/charges on US, Canadian, and USI shipments within the Manual Rating Suspense System.
? Perform on-line edit of billing related information and/or charges prior to invoicing.
? Identify problem issues and recommend corrective action and/or follow up with sales and pricing/EXO to ensure the accuracy of customers? rates in the system. Active participant in the ?Auto Rating? initiative to improve system auto rating percentages.
? Develop and maintain a history of audit procedures, correspondence, and contractual amendments
? Action E2K Audit reports to ensure accurate customer invoicing.
? Support Invoice Control; address uninvoiced charges with responsible billing office and update records in the E2K System, when necessary.
? Perform miscellaneous clerical tasks as required by the function.
Qualifications & Requirements:
? Minimum of 4 years experience in a related field which can be a combination of College and/or job experience.
? Understanding of SCS Pricing/Rating Policies & Procedures and SCS Terms & Conditions of Contract preferred.
? Good organizational skills; self motivated; team player; dependable; productive; detail oriented; basic math skills required.
? Proficient in data entry, good typing skills, experience using Outlook and Microsoft Excel.
