Position Description:
Senior Administrative Assistant responsible for support of the Enterprise Systems Planning group, including the senior executive and his/her staff.
 
Primary Responsibilities:
  • Answer the telephone, type/word processing of documents, maintain calendars and set up meetings, make travel arrangements, copy, fax, greet visitors, set up files, track expenses, and coordinate building and equipment maintenance

  • Help facilitate change activities, staff moves, budgeting and reporting cycles

  • Support team members in other locations, and provide some administrative services to co-located organizations

  • Extensive work experience within own function

 Qualifications:
  • A High School Diploma or equivalent experience is required; Bachelors Degree is a plus

  • 5+ years of experience working in a Administrative Assistant role supporting Directors and team members is required

  • 5+ years of scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars and preparing agendas is required

  • 5+ years of making travel arrangements and expense reporting/tracking is required

  • 5+ years of handling information of a highly sensitive and confidential nature

  • Proficient to intermediate skills with Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint

  • Experience working in a fast paced and matrixes environment, highly preferred

  • Healthcare industry experience, preferred

  • Project coordination is a plus
