Senior Administrative Assistant

About the Job

Jackie Matchett Personnel  is currently looking for a high-level; take charge highly motivated and very energetic Senior Administrative Assistant to join a prestigious local firm. This role is a key team-player position that requires accuracy, attention to details, initiative and a pro-active approach to duties and responsibilities while working with co-workers and supervisors. The qualified applicant must demonstrate a positive attitude, with professional ethics, appearance and conduct.

 Duties include but not limited to:

·   Analyzing and entering data from various reporting systems

·   Answering and screening telephone calls, taking messages, providing information, checking voice-mails, and sending out mail/faxes

·  Calendar Control and Maintenance

·      Preparation, Processing, and Distribution of daily correspondences

·   Special projects and reports as needed

·   Manage day-to-day administrative functions for Sr. Executives 

Qualifications:

· At least 2 years of experience working with executive level employees

·   Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Access

· Ability to type 50+ WPM

· Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills

· Self-Starter who can work with minimum supervision as well as team environments

 

Candidates need to have at least 2-3 years of "actual work" experience to qualify.
