Senior Administrative Assistant - Minnetonka, MN Position Description: Positions in this function include more traditional administrative/clerical support roles including: answering the telephone, typing/word processing of documents, maintaining calendars and setting up meetings, making travel arrangements, copying, faxing, greeting visitors, setting up files, tracking expenses, and coordinating building and equipment maintenance. Qualifications: - 4 years - experience working in a Administrative Assistant role supporting senior management
- 4 years - scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars and preparing agendas
- 4 years - travel arrangements and expense reporting/tracking
- 4 years - handling information of a highly sensitive and confidential nature
- Proficient - Intermediate skills with Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
- SharePoint experience is a plus
- Previous experience working within a finance environment is a plus
- High school education or equivalent experience.
- Working as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
