Mather LifeWays, a not-for-profit organization in Evanston, is currently seeking a Senior Analyst, desiring to be an integral part of a financially strong, growing organization.  Mather LifeWays is the winner of the 2007 American Association of Homes and Services’ Excellence in Workplace Award and 2007 Health at Work Silver Award.  We enhance the lives of older adults by creating Ways to Age Well primarily through our senior living residences and community service programs.

The Senior Analyst will review financial statements and report on department variances; prepare analysis of current or proposed operations and provide timely and concise recommendations to improve results/performance. Facilitate preparation and review of the budget and forecast processes. Create user friendly financial reports. 

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance, 3 years minimum experience, advanced Excel skills, report writer experience, detail oriented and analytical skills; strong written and verbal communication skills. CPA and/or advanced degree are a plus. Prefer skilled nursing and or Medicare billing experience.
