Description of Specific Duties: We require a Mid level developer to gather requirements, design, code, integrate, and enhance software applications developed to support Automated Services for the our client. Our client is currently doing a migration from Windows based application to a web-based .Net software.

 Must Have:

·          3 + years experience with Visual Basic programming or COM+ technologies with a total of 8 years of experience plus

·          3+ years of with development of .Net web-based applications

·          Bachelors Degree in computer related field with strong, full life-cycle development background

·          Strong Communication skills and Green Card or US Citizenship Required!!

Nice to Have:

At least 2 of the following

·          Web development project experience

·          Project Management skills

·          Federal/Federal client experience

·          Experience with CMMI Level 3 software engineering guidelines

·          ESRI ArcGIS Tools experience plus

·          Oracle Database

·          Rational Tools

·          Web Services Applications
