The successful individual must possess 7 years experience in professional services with 3 years in executive search  performing research for engagements of  C level executives and working in a team driven setting of high expectations and follow through- Abilities in mastering a variety of customized software, databases and hands on experience with search engines in a results oriented setting are key - Bachelors degree required  and prior work history in a global search firm highly desired.
