Senior Attorney

John Deere's Worldwide Headquarters is seeking a senior level Attorney who can provide legal support for the Corporate Finance Securities Law Group. This position will: - Provide support to the Pension organization in reviewing investment and banking agreements in connection with Deere pension plans investing activity.
- Assist in managing enterprise corporate entity structure, updating corporate governance documents, including officers, directors, minutes & resolutions
- Manage subsidiary corporate governance integration
- Draft and review banking agreements and provide treasury support for financial transactions, including commercial paper, medium term notes, and asset backed security transactions
We need an excellent communicator with prior work experience in the securities law field or extensive legal experience regarding commercial and financial transactions. In addition we require: A strong candidate will have a minimum of four plus years of Legal/Lawyer practice prior to taking this position.
