The Cincinnati office of Clark Schaefer Hackett is hiring a Senior Auditor to join its premier Assurance & Audit practice. The Senior Auditor will play a vital and visible role in the delivery of assurance & audit services and solutions to a wide range of clients in various industry. Candidates with specialized audit (ERISA, not-for-profit, IFRS, etc.) or specific industry experience will be preferred.

Job Description:

The Senior Auditor is a full time, salaried position that will be located in our Cincinnati, Ohio office. The Senior Auditor will supervise the field work of junior staff accountants on assurance & audit related client engagements. Client engagements will vary in size, scope and industry and may include the involvement of managers and partners.

• Audit, Review, Compilation
• Accounting Systems
• Agreed Upon Procedures
• Internal Control Analysis
• Forecast/Projections
• Budgeting
• SEC Filings
• Annual Reports

Required Experience:

• Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance
• CPA certification or qualified to sit for the CPA exam
• Minimum of 3 years of professional, full time accounting experience
• Minimum of 3 years of external or internal audit experience
• Previous experience in public accounting or professional services industry preferred
• Experience working with clients from a variety of industries
• Experience with other accounting disciplines including tax prep or review preferred 
• A strong desire for continuous learning and career advancement
• Ability to travel regionally for client engagements as needed
