Audit Senior—Growing Organization

Job Duties:
* Perform audit, review, and compilations
* Prepare financial statements and foot notes
* Oversee and manage the staff accountants
* Prepare budget and cash flow forecasts for clients
* Perform various analysis and general ledger reconciliations on a monthly basis
Job Requirements:
* Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting or Finance
* Significant proven accounting experience in an audit management position
* Must have a CPA license
* Candidates must be able to lead and motivate a team of highly skilled individuals
* Applicants must have strong verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision
* Must be able to interact well with all levels of management and clients
* Should be familiar with the following industries: non-profit organizations, governmental, agriculture, and construction.
Compensation:
We are prepared to make a very generous offer, as well as a comprehensive benefits package for the right individual to join our staff.
Benefits:
* $65,000-$95,000 base salary, depending on experience
