Primary Responsibilities
· Adheres to the overall timing and deadline of an audit cycle.
· Assists with training of newer and less experienced auditors.
· Audits beyond specific tools/reports by applying a wide variety of claim approaches.
· Audits without direct supervision.
· Documents new audit procedures for entire audit team.
· Handles some client contact and reviews claims with client contact.
· Identifies opportunities in audit based on the scope given.
· Maintains relationships with vendor contact as part of claim production process.
· Manipulates data to allow other auditors to maximize claim potential.
· Processes email data.
· May be responsible for vendor correspondence of previous audit worked.
· Moves between audits with accuracy and flexibility.
· Performs QC for less experienced auditors.
· Produces claims for particularly difficult vendors or audit concepts.
· Produces claims in accordance with client guidelines and PRG-Schultz procedures.
· Provides guidance to less senior auditors that produce solid, defensible claims.
· Provides senior level input/research on claims challenged by the client.
· Reviews claims for accuracy and compliance prior to client presentation.
· Develops new audit concepts for increased revenue.
· Provides management with new audit ideas and feedback.
· Provides input for tool/claim creation.
· Educates supplier and manages supplier release.
· Supervisory Responsibilities: Individual may supervise 3 or more employees in the staff area.
