Experience with Sarbanes-Oxley, internal controls and business process analysis. •Contribute to project of establishing comprehensive accounting policies for all significant and relevant accounting standards. Keys: 1. Background in accounting & finance; Preference for Degree in Acc w/ masters in Finance and strong audit experience 2. CPA with Big 4 experience.
