Senior Automation QA Engineer--Los Angeles, CA

Mission Critical Technologies, Inc. (MCT) is seeking (2) qualified Sr. QA Automation Engineers with 6+ years of experience in Software QA & Automation for a 6 month contract in the Los Angeles area. RESPONSIBILITIES - Senior Automation QA Engineer

• 
  
  Sr. QA Automation Engineering consultant must have hands-on experience with QA Automation and performance testing tools: specifically Selenium, Quick Test Pro (QTC), LoadRunner, and JMeter.
  
  
• Candidates must be experienced with managing and delivering high-quality projects.
  
• Must be able to perform well in a fast-paced, schedule-driven environment.
  
• 
  
  Candidates must have or strong development or programming experience with Test Automation including script development skills (shell scripting, Perl, Python) as a significant part of the work effort will be in developing software for the automation of testing.
  
  
• 
  
  Experience with Epic Software and in Epic testing is desirable but not required as is experience in test automation in a healthcare setting.

QUALIFICATIONS AND KEY SKILLS REQUIRED

• 
  
  Bachelor’s degree in Computer Sciences field; or the equivalent through a combination of education and related work experience.
  
  
• 
  
  6-9 years or experience with enterprise-level Software QA Automation
  
  
• 
  
  Experiences managing multiple assignments simultaneously preferred
  
  
• 
  
  Advanced skills qith QA automation and performance testing tools: Selenium, Quick Test Pro, LoadRunner and JMeter
  
  
• 
  
  Skilled in script development technologies: Shell, Perl or Python
  
  
• 
  
  Above average communication skills – written and verbal – required
  
  
• 
  
  Excellent organizational skills required
  
  
• 
  
  Energetic with strong desire to learn preferred.
