Senior Broker
Darcy Stacom and Bill Shanahan are seeking a seasoned investment sales professional for their Investment Properties Institutional Group team. The primary role will be working as part of the team to execute transactions sourced by team principals. Compensation will be a percentage of the overall teams revenue.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Extensive industry contacts especially among New York property owners.
- Understanding of and/or expertise in a variety of real estate related disciplines including but not limited to accounting, finance, zoning, leases, contracts, building operations and code compliance.
- Proven negotiating skills
- Facility with investment and valuation concepts and software, including Argus and Excel, and the ability to formulate creative financial structures
- Facility with a wide range of legal documents.
- Extensive New York related experience in various product types
- Strong, interpersonal and organizational skills
Qualifications:
The position requires the ability to perform on a consistently high level in a time sensitive environment.
