CORE ECS is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to interact with Clients and end users to gather functional and use case requirements.  Additional responsibilities include developing, analyzing, and writing Software Requirements Specifications, assisting in the development of Software Design Specifications, and change specifications.  The BA will also be responsible for acting as the Subject Matter Expert in the area of Special Education provision.  The BA may occasionally be required to help test specifications for deployment and work with the QA team to ensure that the deployed product meets specifications.  The ability for the BA to communicate with the clients, developers and management and sales teams.

Qualified applicants must have a Bachelor’s degree, working knowledge of Software Requirements Specification documentation, 5 years of Business Analysis experience, Microsoft Office Suite knowledge (including Microsoft Visio).

Experience in Special Education is a plus.
