Responsible for providing business analysis support to CAI customers on complex medium projects. Responsibilities:
Interview customers in order to understand identify and analyze their business process objectives and requirements.
Prepare requirements specifications reports and other system documentation.
Prepare user documentation – process documents and training documents as needed for assisting in using the application.
Work with the client to assist in translating functional specifications into technical specifications.
Lead others in the analysis and resolution of complex problems or events.
Create and assist in executing test plans for projects.
Assist in identifying new or changed processes associated with this project.
Document process changes revisions and upgrades.
Assist with and/or lead customer/CAI management presentations.
Assist with customer presentations on the project.
Experience with Workers' Compensation programs is a plus.
Job Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Information Systems Computer Science Mathematics or related field or equivalent work experience.
