Senior Business Analyst - Software Development
Location: St. Louis, MO 63141
Locally
owned, privately held company looking for a Senior Business Analyst with extensive application development
project experience. This is a full-time position, with a competitive
salary and paid overtime! Generous benefits package includes family

coverage.
Successful
candidates should have a minimum of 2-5
years of Business Analysis experience working on application development projects.
Business
Analysis experience should include:
- Strong requirements
gathering and writing technical and functional specifications – Use Case experience would be
terrific! - Serving as a
liaison between technical and non-technical team members - Applying either
formal or client specific methodologies such as Rational Unified Process, SDLC,
OOAD, etc. - Coordinate
and document project/release level user acceptance testing. - Prepare
and/or present documentation of business/technical presentations. - Ensure
timely and accurate communication with project staff throughout the life cycle
of the project. - Coordinating
software development projects, including participating in the preparation of an
overall project plan, incorporating costs and tasks from the various
components, ensuring a successful and timely project implementation. - Experience
researching client and industry-related business/technical processes and
coordinating the implementation of new or revised rules and policies.
