Our client, a premier customer relationship management firm, is rapidly growing and seeking a Senior CRM Creative Director with HEAVY pharma experience REQUIRED.  

We are seeking a talented, energetic and visionary Interactive Art Director to oversee the artistic development of integrated CRM programs for a diverse roster of web and interactive projects.

Position is based in Denver but open to relocating the right candidate for this role.  Please note the below description is focused on a Creative Director with Art Director experience, but we have additional roles for talent with an Interactive Copywriter background.
 
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:

·          Minimum of 5 years interactive art direction experience – concept thru end design

·          Experience managing creative staff for digital projects (web, email, microsites, mobile, social)

·          REQUIRED: Major brand integrated marketing campaign experience

·          Experience in developing strategy, designing, and implementing interactive solutions for rich media interfaces

·          Strong leadership, motivational and inspirational skills

·          Enjoys both designing and mentoring/managing creative teams

·          Leads and builds consensus with development and production teams

·          Exceptional presentation, communication and managerial skills

·          Strong portfolio and experience designing ‘textural” interactive style

·          Big idea, conceptual, strategic thinker

·          Ambitious and strong desire to create award-winning, highly effective digital solutions
for new and existing clients

·          Fluent and flawless Adobe CS4 Design Suite skills

·          Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, ActionScript and JavaScript
