UnitedHealth Group has submitted a proposal in response to the TriCare Managed Care Support Contract Solicitation (also known as the "T-3 Solicitation").  TriCare is the health care program serving active duty service members, National Guard and Reserve members, retirees, their families, survivors and certain former spouses.
 
As a potential government contractor, this position requires U.S. citizenship and proof of favorable adjudication following submission of Department of Defense form SF85P.

Position Description:
Provides Citrix Architecture and Farm Administration, along with Active Directory design for a secure, isolated environment
 
Primary Responsibilities:
  • Design a secure, isolated XenApp 4.5/5.0 environment

  • Application testing in XenApp 4.5/5.0

  • Perform incident and problem resolution

  • Troubleshoot network issues that impact Citrix performance over LAN and WAN

  • Administer, monitor, and manage all aspects of the Citrix environment including XenApp as well as all supporting Citrix infrastructure including Web Interface, Citrix Secure Gateway, Netscaler, etc.

  • Monitor performance and operations of applications in a Windows 2003/2008 Presentation Server/XenApp environment using various tools, including EdgeSight & HP OpenView


Qualifications:
 
Requirements:
  • 2+ years experience with Citrix Presentation Server/Xen Application 4.5 or later

  • 3+ combined years experience with Windows Server 2003 or later

  • 2+ years TCP/IP Experience 

Assets:
  • Experience supporting a Department of Defense (DoD) compliant environment

  • PowerShell scripting experience

  • Experience supporting call center users

  • Healthcare industry experience

  • Bachelor's Degree
