Senior Civil Project Manager/Project Manager – Milwaukee/Oshkosh/Kenosha Offices

Alfred Benesch & Company has specialized in providing civil, structural, and environmental engineering services to our clients since 1946. We employ more than 230 professionals and have offices in Illinois, Wisconsin, Pennsylvania and Michigan.

Immediate opportunities exist for experienced, energetic professionals to become an integral part of the continued expansion of our Wisconsin operations. In Wisconsin, we currently have offices in Kenosha, Oshkosh and Milwaukee and have openings for project managers. Successful candidates for this career opportunity should possess the following:

·         Minimum of 10 or 15 years experience managing multi disciplined teams and multiple projects on Wisconsin Department of Transportation roadway and bridge projects.

·         BS in civil engineering or related field and their Wisconsin PE license.

·         Experience should include: developing plans and specifications, effective communication skills and client relation skills, strong organization and leadership skills, a track record of adhering to design budgets and schedules, a desire to mentor staff through delegation, and business development/proposal preparation experience.

·         Candidate should also have extensive experience using AASHTO, FHWA and WisDOT design guides and criteria.
