Senior Client Associate – Operations Manager
In this key position, you will provide personalized banking services to financial institution clients and supervise the teller staff. Other responsibilities include greeting existing and prospective clients, providing ongoing relationship servicing and assisting Private Client Groups in processing client requests. You will manage the day-to-day financial center operations, including branch opening and teller proof, as well as assist back office personnel in resolving operational issues. You will also assist in performing internal audits and insuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and procedures.
Required/Skills:
· In depth knowledge of financial service products as well as 3-5 years of previous operations experience in a
financial center setting.
· 3-5 years compliance experience in an operations setting.
· Minimum of 3 years in a managerial capacity.
· The qualified candidate will be professional, have strong customer service and communication skills.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office.
· High School Diploma or equivalent.
Salary Range: 45K – 65K
