Senior Commercial Lines Account Executive

IPS is looking for an experienced  Senior Account Executive to work for a sountern California Insurance Brokerage.  Reposibilities will include:

·         propose and close renewals and new business on their own.

·         Work very closely with the President and have support from an Account Manager

·         Accounts will be with manufacturers and distributors in varying industries

·         Client base is international

·         Domestic travel is required

·         Oversee junior sales people and account managers

·         General agency experience preferred

QUALIFICATIONS:

·         Outside sales experience

·         Prior brokerage experience

·         Applied systems knowledge a plus

·         Excellent Excel skills a must

·         Management capability
