My client is a stable commercial bank that is working to fill a CRE portfolio manager position. The primary focus in this position will be to manage an existing portfolio and because of this, the bank is not concerned with individual production or business development. The qualified candidate will have a strong credit background to assist in underwriting and experience primarily with commercial real estate and commercial construction projects.
