| Senior Compensation Analyst
Job Description: · Develop deep understanding of a line of business and identify compensation solutions that drive outcomes in support of business objectives · Assess market competitive positions and formulate pay recommendations to meet business needs · Provide analytical support related to the development and design and maintenance of compensation programs including, salary structures, short-term, and long-term incentives · Assist in the analysis and development of recommendations for programs to support various lines of business in meeting their objectives and aligning to a pay for performance compensation philosophy · Provide support to other team members on compensation-related activities and projects as needed
Job Experience: Basic Qualifications:
· Bachelors degree · 4 years of compensation work experience
Preferred Qualifications:
· Degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics · Compensation experience in banking or financial services environment · Superior skills in quantitative analysis, including advanced skills in Excel and other database tools · Ability to create dynamic tools and models to interpret and analyze data · Understanding of compensation-related laws and regulations · Experience evaluating markets and trends affecting pay practices and translating these into relevant solutions · Demonstrated collaboration skills both inside and outside of HR · Ability to achieve results while managing details · Strong communication skills (both written and oral) · Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects/priorities · Working knowledge of all MS Office applications including PowerPoint · CCP designation a plus
