We are currently hiring a Senior Computer Technician to work out of our West Springfield, MA office.

This professional will provide technical field support by diagnosing and troubleshooting server-related issues at client sites throughout New England. 

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

·        High School diploma or equivalent.  Continuing education in Information Technology or a closely related field is preferred.

·        Typically requires at least 5 years of experience providing technical support on server and network issues.  Experience with Citrix, switching & routing, and Windows 03/08 is required.

·        Excellent customer service skills are required – must be able to provide customer service both over the phone and in person

·        Microsoft, Cisco and/or Citrix certifications are a plus

·        Must be able to travel 75% of the time using own transportation.
