Successful Professionals will have the following qualifications:

·         2 + years working for a consulting firm.  Healthcare consulting experience is a big plus

·         Effective team player who is comfortable working with clients and building new relationships

·         Ability to apply quantitative techniques to unstructured problems

·         Logical and structured thinker

·         Experience in Excel, Access, and/or MS SQL

·         Genuine interest in and commitment to healthcare

·         General Understanding of health care industry, reimbursement, and managed care is desired

·         Comfortable adapting in an entrepreneurial environment

·         Sound understanding of business fundamentals.

·         Enthusiasm to continue learning, challenge and enhance existing strategic solutions is required

·         Strong written and verbal communication skills

·         Consulting experience

·         Bachelor Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics

·         Pursuit of CPA or CFE certification a plus

Successful candidate must be willing and able to travel, when necessary. Estimated travel is approximately 50% to 75% of the time.
