Responsibilities:

è     Provide a pre-implementation consultancy service by understanding and accurately interpreting client requirements and business conditions in order to make appropriate recommendations.

è     Conduct detailed analyses of client business processes

è     Devise project implementation plans to efficiently and effectively manage the implementation of RIB software business solutions.

è     Communicate user requirements to RIB product management and IT support staff

è     Build and maintain credibility with client contacts to promote post implementation services

è     Support client change management processes by promoting software to key users

Qualifications:

è     A degree or equivalent in Quantity Surveying, Construction, or Civil Engineering

è     Proven construction/engineering/process industry experience particularly in the design-build, preconstruction and construction

è     Experience working with ERP systems and/or construction specific software applications

è     Proven client management experience particularly working with clients to understand their requirements, providing commercially sensitive software solutions in order to improve competitiveness and client cost management

è     Consultancy experience including the management of client and lead consultant resources

è     An ability to listen, understand and accurately interpret customer requirements and business conditions in order to make appropriate recommendations

è     IT skills primarily regarding Estimating and Cost management would be an advantage

è     Project management skills including planning, time management, prioritization, multi-tasking and documentation

è     Be able to work flexibly with regard to activities and hours in a role that will involve frequent international travel

è     Confident and professional presentation skills
