To support the continued growth in our practice, we are seeking senior consultants with financial services contact center and command center experience.  These positions offer exceptional opportunities and high visibility.  Candidates should have contact center process and technology experience in either consulting or line management environments.

All candidates must demonstrate:



  • Ability to perform 100% travel
  • A clear understanding of business ethics and professionalism
  • 7 - 10 years of experience in contact center and command center support environments, either in a line management or consulting role. (Specific experience within the Financial services industry preferred)
  • Knowledge of financial service products, processes and service models preferred
  • Extensive understanding of contact center and command center call/service flows
  • Extensive experience in business process rationalization and development
  • Advanced knowledge of contact center service and support metrics
  • Broad understanding of contact center technologies and ability to recommend change and enhancements for current client environments
  • Proven record of accomplishments in managing contact centers, including consolidations/transition of activities and functions between centers and other parts of an organization
  • Ability to conceptualize and implement innovative business solutions in a project team environment
  • Strong analytical and conceptual ability, with ability to function at both the detail and conceptual level
  • Strong project management skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with ability to present and sell ideas
  • Advanced degree in Business, Finance, Mathematics, Engineering or Computer Science from a respected institution
  • Possession of a valid passport and the ability to travel globally unrestricted
