Job Description:
Participate in the proposal, negotiation, administration and general business process for new and continuing programs for incoming and outgoing obligations. Prepare, negotiate, review, execute contracts and subcontracts awarded to the Public Safety and Professional Communication business of RF Communications Group, detailing prices, terms and special provisions. Interact and promote business advancement with all departments within the Division (Program, Engineering, Quality, Legal, etc.) in pursuit of key business objectives. Primary contractual point of contact in dealing with Prime Contract and higher tier customers. Draft, review, negotiate agreements such as Contracts, MOU's, Teaming, Non-Disclosure, Licensing, Escrow and other binding documents. Act as a subject matter expert and mentor to other contract specialists.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree
- First hand contract management experience in dealing with State and Local Governments, and public utility companies, in addition to experience with commercial procurement practices.
- Eight plus years experience in direct Contracts and Subcontrcats with State, local governments and public utility companies.
Preferred Additional Skills:
- M.B.A preferred
- Strong quantitative analysis and business management skills .
