Receives assignments in the form of objectives with goals and process to meet goals outlined. Work is reviewed by management to measure meeting of objectives. Administers company policies that affect subordinate employees. Recommends changes to organization policies. Works on complex problems where analysis of situations or data may require an in-depth evaluation of various factors. Exercises judgment within defined practices and policies in selecting methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results. Ensures that budget, schedules, compliance, quality and performance requirements are met. Interacts with the organization's senior staff (technical, finance, procurement, business dev., etc) for senior level reviews.
Requirements
Must have an Active Top Secret Clearance. Prefer TS/SCI with a Full Scope poly. Involves comprehensive knowledge of contracts field and ability to complete difficult and complex assignments. Must have good mathematical, analytical, strategic, and reasoning skills and the ability to analyze and make presentations in the resolution of problems. Ability to operate independently and communicate effectively (orally and in writing), both internal and external customers. Education: Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business Administration (or related field) or equivalent, and 7 - 9 years related experience. Substitution consideration for post graduate degrees, or advanced work experience. Must have an Active Top Secret Clearance. Prefer TS/SCI with a Full Scope poly!
