Senior Coordinator, Enhancement Marketing - 7764

Responsibilities

Assist the Enhancement Marketing Manager with Client Sales plans as well as creating and executing Enhancement Marketing strategies. Assist in the development of Enhancement Marketing products and initiatives that will drive sales and revenue. Participates in regular meetings with Clients Sales and other key partners to analyze revenue, commissions, and product opportunities. Coordinates with internal Alliance Data teams to develop and implement strategies that meet the Enhancement Marketing needs of the Client. Responsible for call monitoring, quality assurance initiatives, and product script management.

Assists in the management of the relationship with the Client Sales team. Proactively consults with the Enhancement Marketing Manager, Client Sales and other internal partners to sell Enhancement Marketing products and services to Clients, facilitates product/project implementations, reports financial results to increase Client and Alliance Data sales and revenue. Gains understanding of clients business and its needs and is influential and creative in providing solutions. Takes time to research, read, brainstorm and review competitor information to gain full understanding of client. Coordinates meetings between Client contacts and Alliance Data to discuss marketing plans, sell new products, resolve open issues and provide progress updates. Works with Enhancement Marketing Manager to establish rapport with client base and to coordinate regular meetings with client organization. Communicates regularly via telephone, email, and in person at on-site meetings and various events. Responsible for researching the marketplace for the development of new Enhancement Marketing products, services and vendors. Participates in vendor relationships including Vendor Due Diligence, Vendor Risk Assessments, product implementation strategies, and pricing. Partners with Call Center Operations and other internal teams to coordinate product integration efforts including call center selling, scripting, smartMART, quality assurance, monitoring, cardholder issue resolution, financial analysis and reporting. Adjusts internal strategies to increase effectiveness of programs based on performance. Partners with Program Management team to ensure execution of Call to Confirm stickers for new accounts, reissues, and pre-approved mailings. Participates in the establishment of Client budgets and forecasts. Provides monthly analysis and reporting on budget, forecast, enrollments, conversion rates, sales, revenue and Client commissions. Ensures budgeted targets for sales, revenue and commissions are being met by reviewing and adjusting product inputs. Provides input for program execution and management from the Client perspective.

Strong analytical skills and familiarity with budgeting and business analysis. Ability to understand consumer trends and develop product and service to meet current and future needs. Professional demeanor with strong interpersonal and (verbal and written) communication skills, including the ability to influence others and be a strong negotiator. Demonstrated leadership qualities and skills to lead a team and provide direction. Ability to work independently with little supervision and serve as a leader and representative of Alliance Data. Ability to interact with senior management and executives. Excellent project/time management skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment. Proven ability to build and manage internal and external relationships. Ability to provide excellent customer service to a variety of individuals on all organizational levels. Ability to facilitate effective group presentations/discussions. Ability to maintain confidential information. Ability to identify and resolve problems. Aptitude for detail and accuracy. Ability to understand core business capabilities and construct new solutions/products based on those capabilities. Up to 10% travel required, including overnight stays.


Minimum Qualifications

Education: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or equivalent education/and or related experience.

Experience: 1-2 years experience in project management, sales, marketing, operations or strong related credit experience.

Desirable: Detailed understanding of credit related systems, retail, and proprietary credit card practices. Specific credit-related sales experience.
