Senior Corporate Recruiter

Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

The Senior Corporate Recruiter is responsible for developing and implementing strategic recruiting plans and programs to achieve qualitative staffing results and diversity hiring objectives for a specific function (s) or region. Additionally, this role will be responsible for managing the entire hiring process for assigned areas, including, but not limited to, job specification and development, interviewing and referring candidates to client groups, extending offers and preparing all paperwork related to offers.

Responsible to ensure the following: 1)Recruiting programs meet business needs and fall within guidelines established by Director of Staffing; 2) Compliance with legal and regulatory requirements and competitive best practices; 3) Support of questions and problem solving with HR partners; 4) Work with Director of Staffing to continually improve plans, programs and processes to reduce cost, increase value, and promote highly effective recruiting support to internal clients; 5) Ensure that established staffing processes are in complete alignment with established guidelines and procedures.

- Manage full life cycle of recruiting process from specification through the employment offer.
- Develop innovative staffing strategies that include, but are not limited to, enhancing diverse recruitment efforts and implement a plan to adhere to business objectives.
- Counsel Managers regarding hiring practices and procedures and ensure compliance and understanding of EEO, hiring and compensation guidelines.
- Partner with HR Partners, client groups, and leaders to gain a detailed understanding of organizational goals and needs. Develop staffing functional programs and strategies that align with Corporate/Shared Services and business unit needs.
- Maintain expert knowledge of functional specialty by staying abreast of best practices, legal developments, emerging trends, technological advancements and benchmark comparisons. Continually increase utilization of programs and process for the delivery of recruiting services.
- Ensure recruitment files are completed in accordance with compliance standards, which includes evaluations, applicant tracking and appropriate use of ICIMS system.
- Prepare recruitment reports and metrics in conformance to established processes.
- Provide expert technical support to HR Partners and business leaders. Work with recruiting team to deliver specialty training as needed. Provide consultative, problem-solving support for challenging business issues.
- Manage third party relationships to ensure appropriate service levels are being delivered.
- Participate in job fairs and campuses to conduct information sessions and recruitment.

- Must have 5+ years experience in recruiting with a high concentration in corporate recruiting.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or related field.

- Experience recruiting in Marketing, Sales, Engineering and Finance is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of state and federal laws/regulations related to employment and general HR practices.
- Experience utilizing an applicant tracking system for candidate management.
- Knowledge of recruitment metrics, assessment tools and techniques.
- Strong functional expertise that includes internet and direct sourcing.
- Ability to build good business relationships and communicate technical information to HR Partners and line leaders.
- Strong analytical skills, including use of data, problem solving, and technology.
- Experience working with current best practices and industry trends in functional area.
- Strong orientation to quality, continuous improvement and customer service.
- Must be a team player with superior communication (both oral and written), interpersonal and consultative skills.
- Successful track record in building and maintaining relationships at all levels of the organization.
