Corporate Office is moving to Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin (Kenosha County) - Summer, 2010.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES / REQUIREMENTS:

Recruit top-notch candidates for Executive and Senior-level positions at Uline Corporate Headquarters (Marketing, Finance, MIS, Creative, etc)

Identify avenues through which top candidates can be sourced; including job boards, social networking sites, niche sites & competitive companies

Interact & build successful relationships with senior management

Full life-cycle recruiting

5+ years Executive/Corporate recruiting experience required

Excellent selection, negotiation, communication & process management skills

Sense of urgency & able to work in fast paced, challenging environment

Bachelor's degree required
