Description

As a Senior Credit Analyst, you will provide analytical and administrative support to the staff. The right candidate must be able to obtain, compile and analyze complex information relative to the reputation, financial condition and operational potential of current and prospective Commercial Banking customers.

Responsibilities Include:

• Analysis of financial information of commercial credit requests using sound judgment on cash flow and credit worthiness
• Consult with officers regarding complex loan requests and meet with customers as needed
• Review updated financial information to detect any deterioration of credits

Requirements

• Bachelors degree (preferred Finance, Accounting, or equivalent industry experience)
• Minimum 5 years banking experience
• Minimum 5 years Commercial Underwriting/Analysis experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience with credit systems
• Credit training a plus
• Working knowledge of loan structures (commercial, industrial, commercial real estate and agricultural)
• Great work ethic and self motivated
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
