Allstate Insurance Company has an exceptional opportunity for a Senior Customer Service Representative in Jacksonville, FL.  In this positions your responsibilities will include: 


  • Interaction with multiple online systems while speaking with customers.

  • Meet performance quotas and service objectives in a fast paced call center environment.

  • Strong discipline to adhere to schedules.

  • Advance call handling skills and behaviors.

  • Advanced communication skill, inclusive of verbal, written and interpersonal.

  • In depth knowledge of all products currently issued and serviced within the established AOR.

  • Ability to quickly learn new products and apply that knowledge to inbound customer needs.

  • Ability to clearly and concisely explain product features and options.

  • Commitment to Customer Service Excellence is required.


 


The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:


  • Candidates must have at least 2+ years of automotive dealership experience.
    • Specifically back office automotive dealership experience is a plus.

  • At least 2 years of inbound call center experience is a plus.

  • Excellent customer service skills are required.

  • Candidates must also have strong organizational, time management, and verbal and written communication skills.

  • Complete on the job and/or classroom training as required to remain on the job.

  • Qualify on pre-employment screening.

  • Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

  • Bachelor's degree is preferred.
