Senior Customer Service Representative

Description:
Position Summary:
This person maintains builder plans in a database and creates contract price matrices.

Accountabilities:
oInputs and maintains builder plans in NCS database.
oIdentifies and sets up product exceptions in the database in order to provide accurate materials and pricing to the builder.
oCreates price matrices that will be used to provide a contract sell price to the builders
oObtains outside vendor prices for countertop, installation, etc; calculates mark-ups and inputs the information into database.
oCreates copies of builder layouts and price matrices and distributes them to the builder, selection associate and others.
oInsures price increase to builder effectively with the builder
oAnswer customer questions concerning pricing.

Qualifications:
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
oExceptional math skills
oAttention to details, accurate
oStrong communication skills and ability to prioritize workload is essential
oSelf motivated, team oriented
oAbility to manage multiple tasks at once
oAdvance knowledge of Microsoft Excel, a must
oFamiliar with AS400 is a plus

Education:
College experience and/or two year degree preferred
