Clerk-Administrative Realty Support

Superior Solutions Inc. (SSI), an innovative, rapidly growing company is seeking qualified applicants to support the position of Clerk-Administrative Realty Support.  This is a full-time position with a competitive benefits package.


 


Job Summary: Provide administrative support to the district and field offices, performing a variety of functions in support of operations and real estate acquisitions.  Answer calls, handle general administrative duties, maintain property acquisition records, and ensure that all documents are promptly prepared and correctly labeled and stored. Perform data entry, order checks and supplies, and draft quality letters in accordance with government rules.  More specific duties may include obtaining the right-of-entry and providing assistance to those displaced due to the acquisition of their property as a result of a disaster or federally assisted projects; serve as point-of-contact and be available to assist with any concerns pertaining to general project requirements and relocation plans and processes; prepare routine correspondence, provide research, and respond to all inquiries and requests from landowners, attorneys, local public officials, and the general public.  Support attorneys when required to assist with preparation of legal documents, and coordinate closings.  Update policy manuals, and assist with bill payments and spreadsheet reconciliation.


 


Qualifications:  Should be very knowledgeable of the organization; functions and processes of field offices supported; and real estate regulations and processes, to perform a variety of duties in relation to civil programs and military leasing.  Should have good understanding of procedures to execute RFMIS changes, data inquiries, and various reports.  Be familiar with preparing tract acquisition assemblies, leases, permits, and other appropriate documents.  Should have excellent typing, computer, and written communication skills.  Must be assertive in duties, and use good judgment and interpretation in carrying out overall work functions.
