Senior Project Engineer - automated assembly equipment
About the Job
Step up in responsibility with leading Global, consumer product, manufacturer. BSME with SolidWorks 3D CAD and 5 yrs minimum experience as a Project Engineer developing and implement high speed automated assembly processes.
Ability to design/build and develop high-speed, automated equipment for high volume operation (e.g. consumer or medical disposables, toys, etc.)
Must be able to lead as a team member and work without supervision.
Qualifications:
BSME with minimum of 5 yrs related experience
* SolidWorks 3D CAD work experience
* Design/Build/Development of high-speed, automated equipment for high volume manufacturing assembly.
* Must have familiarity with integrating equipment from the earliest point in manufacturing, including analysis and test, using DOE, FMEA, DFA, DFM, GD&T, etc.
* Plastic molding knowledge highly desired.
