CIBER is seeking a Senior Software Developer for our Atlanta office to build and support our clients global CRM platform. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Design and develop new functionality for the global CRM Solution (Amdocs Clarify)
- Create, modify and redesign interfaces from Clarify to multiple ERP applications such as SAP
- Analyze and debug the system in case of failure and implement the necessary bug fix
- Participate or lead architecture and technical design discussions
- Interact with business and perform gap analysis to identify required changes
- Develop prototypes and create proof of concepts
- Deliver technical documentation
- Present project status reports to management
- Candidates should have prior experience through all phases of the system development life cycle
- 8+ years experience in software development of integrated systems
- Minimum of 5 years experience with customizing and development in Amdocs Clarify 12.5
- Desired experience: Tuxedo & WebLogic, Java, VB.Net
- Experience with MS Windows Server and MS SQL Server (Transact SQL, Stored Procedures, Triggers)
- Ability to provide accurate work estimates and deliver on schedule in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong problem solving, innovation and analytical skills
- Strong technical documentation skills.
