DESCRIPTION:

• Acts in the highest level technical role as an individual contributor and/or team lead for the most complex computer applications and/or application initiatives.
• Utilizes a thorough understanding of available technology, tools, and existing designs.
• Works on the most complex problems where analysis of situations or data requires evaluation of intangible variance factors.
• Plans, performs, and acts as the escalation point for the most complex platform designs, coding, and testing.
• Leads most complex multiple modeling, simulations, and analysis efforts.
• Acts as expert technical resource to programming staff in the program development, testing, and implementation process.

EXPERIENCE

• Senior Developer with solid experience in application architecture, design, and development of rich and thin client customer facing Microsoft technologies based applications.
• Experience in Relational Database design, including data models, stored procedures, SSIS packages, etc.
• Use and software manipulation of XML data and XML metadata.
• Object oriented design methods, patterns, UML, Use Cases.
• RUP knowledge and experienced in creating architecture, detailed design, and process artifacts.
• Candidate should be able to work independently on multiple projects with aggressive deadlines.
• Candidate will spend 20-30% on High and Detailed Technical design, 70-80% Development/Coding.

REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS –

Experience Level: 4 year degree plus 10 or more years experience.

Visual Studio 2008, C#.NET 3.0/3.5, ASP.NET 3.0/3.5, ASP.NET AJAX, LINQ, Windows Presentation Foundation (WPF), and Windows Communication Foundation (WCF)

PREFERRED SKILLS:

ADO.NET Entity Framework, JavaScript/jQuery, Visual Studio Team Foundation System (TFS) 2008, ASP.NET MVC, Windows Workflow Foundation, Integration with third party software and in house systems.

Enterprise approach to system access, data security, business continuity planning, etc.
