This role is responsible for driving alignment in the definition and use of clinical service information management and analytic methods across the enterprise. This work will require evaluation of evolving clinical service information needs, the identification of best practices in clinical service information management and analytics and the adoption of those methods across the enterprise.



To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate should have:
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or other advanced degree preferred.

  • Over 10 years of experience in health care with a health plan, clinical services or health care provider organization.

  • At least 5 years of experience in clinical service measurement and/or information management in health plan clinical service leadership, health care economics or health care provider effectiveness.

  • Proven ability to organize and effectively manage a complex, cross-segment business change initiative.

  • Proven success addressing business needs with information management solutions and practices.

  • Expertise in working with both business and technology partners to plan, implement and manage cost-effective information delivery systems.

  • Strong analytic skills.

  • Strong negotiation skills.

  • Ability to communicate effectively with senior leaders.
