We are currently looking for a Senior Director, Interactive Marketing to work in our Parsippany, NJ office. Job Summary: This position manages the marketing initiatives for the ERA franchise. The individual in this role will be responsible for the effective and efficient management of all interactive projects and ERA websites. Job function requires heavy cross-functional project management and interaction with the BTT group as well as senior leadership of other brands. Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for ensuring optimum performance for all brand websites including, search engine optimization, maintaining first point of contact, innovation, user friendliness, functional efficiency and simultaneously being cognizant of cost efficiencies as follows: · Works closely with vendor resources to ensure appropriate design, technical solutions and implementation · Responsible for researching revenue-generating innovative technology trends pertaining in order to sustain industry leadership position · Conduct thorough assessment of existing brand sites to determine leveraging opportunities, enhancements and cutting-edge capabilities · Gathers, collects and researches statistical data and information relative to interactive strategies and initiatives · Constantly seek methods and procedures to improve quality of effort and efficiency of function · Development and maintenance of yearly budget · Monthly reporting to senior leadership · Additional responsibilities as assigned Minimum Qualifications: · Proven ability in managing cutting-edge interactive technology offerings · Strong analytical and problem solving abilities · Strong interpersonal skills and leadership abilities · Influencing skills a must · Excellent verbal and written communication skills · Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent graduate degree preferred · Minimum 7 years in IT interactive marketing experience with successfully implemented technology solutions · Experience implementing creative interactive marketing solutions which are revenue generating · Knowledgeable about the latest Intemet/Intranet/Extranet technology · Knowledge of real estate industry a plus The Realogy Franchise Group (RFG) is a business unit of Realogy Corporation, a leading global provider of real estate and relocation services.
