We are currently looking for a Senior Director, Marketing to work in our Parsippany, NJ office.
Job Summary:
This position manages the traditional marketing functions including advertising, sponsorships, promotions, public relations, communications and direct marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the development and execution of National Advertising.
• Provide assistance to affiliates with local advertising in the form of products and venues they can use.
• Act as a liaison between other departments and creative agencies to develop consistent brand messaging in all collateral materials.
• Responsible for Internet Advertising/National media planning and negotiation of buy as well as tracking for results.
• Additionally responsible for keeping abreast of emerging trends in media and how it effects the real estate industry.
• Gathers, collects and researches statistical data and information relative to brand management strategies and initiatives
• Constantly seek methods and procedures to improve quality of effort and efficiency of function
• Reporting to senior leadership as requested
• Team leadership for advertising, public relations and communications functions
• Additional responsibilities as assigned
Minimum Qualifications:
• Experience in media, media purchasing, developing effective campaigns, sponsorships and promotions as well as direct marketing.
• Good budgeting experience.
• Proven ability in developing and managing media, promotional and PR/communication strategies
• Strong interpersonal skills and leadership abilities
• Excellent verbal, written communication and presentation skills
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Minimum 7 years marketing experience
• Knowledge of the real estate industry a plus
