Primary Responsibilities: - Reporting to the SVP of Quality and partnering with the Business Unit SVP, the Sr. Director of Quality will be responsible for developing and driving the Business Unit quality agenda and goals.
- Will be responsible for end-to-end business process activities - creating, controlling and improving business processes.
- Lead process design and project implementation teams in process improvement activities.
- Diagnose process improvement opportunities and develop solutions using principles of process excellence and related tools.
- Quality reporting, analysis and audits and for developing plans and programs to support continuous quality improvement using applicable tools
- Background in Six Sigma - Master Black Belt Six Sigma certification preferred
- BS degree in Engineering highly desired; MBA strongly preferred
- 10 years minimum quality and operations experience
- Strong strategic and business acumen
- Exceptional quantitative skills

- Demonstrated experience with creating, deploying and managing complex business imperatives
