The Corporate Internet Group (CIG) supports public Internet sites for many J. P. Morgan Chase lines of business.  CIG is comprised of over 400 professionals located in Delaware, California, Washington, New York, Ohio, Florida and Illinois and has several offshore components.  The group consists of senior business strategists, developers, infrastructure and architecture specialists, usability professionals, interactive designers, editors, project support and operations staff.  CIG works closely with all lines of business including: Auto Lending, Business Banking, Card Services, Commercial Banking, Education Finance, Home Lending, Investing, Private Bank, Private Client Services, Retail and Treasury.  J.P. As a senior Documentum administrator, you will leverage your subject matter expertise in Documentum, and be responsible for the system administration and infrastructure support for the enterprise implementation of Documentum, which is used for web content management (WCM) for CIG managed web sites.  You will serve as a primary contact for the assigned Documentum projects and work with peers and other IT groups (DCTM development, architecture, and Customer Experience teams) to design, document, and implement the required solutions.  You will also need to perform regular maintenance, monitoring, and troubleshooting activities, and escalating and reporting status to your manager.


  • Experience in Installation, Configuration, Upgrade, and Administration of Documentum system 5.3, and 6.0.

  • Experience in WCM (Web Content Management), SCS, SDS, and WebPublisher.

  • Knowledge of Workflow, lifecycle, Application Builder, Docapp Installer, Documentum Adminstrator.

  • Experience of High Availability concept and configuration for Documentum.

Preferred Job Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience in the financial services environment

  • Independent and able to lead a project with minimal guidance

  • Thorough understanding of Disaster Recovery

  • Bachelor's/Masters degree in Computer Science or equivalent.

 Skills Required:         
  • 7+ years of IT experience.

  • 4+ years experience in Documentum

  • 2+ years of experience in the SQL

  • 2+ years of Solaris
