Keane currently seeks a Senior ETL Developer / Architect to join our team in Montpelier, VT and become a key contributor on our team to build a Data warehouse and Customer Data Integration Hub solution. Functional activities include: • Work with client organization, Keane team, and possibly with other vendors. • Understand Business & Technical requirements. • Design ETL Solution. • Develop ETL (SSIS) coding standards & document best practices. • Develp ETL specifications. • Design and build scheduler jobs. • Ensures all deliverables are according to the coding standards. • Develop Source to Target mapping. • Write Test cases. • Build & execute Test scripts. • Provide Technical leadership, to come up with right technical design and solution Coordinate with our Offshore team. • Collaborate on planning and estimation. Qualified candidates must have the following experience: • 6 years of Design and Development Skills - SQL Server 2005, SQL Server 2008 • SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) • Data Warehouse & BI Projects • Design and Building ETL Solutions • Strong Oral and written communication skills with the ability to make presentations. • Communicating and working with senior management in organizations and sell and deliver solutions to them. • Problem solving ability and creativity. He should be able to translate problem briefs into actual solution ideas This is a permanent position and would require you to live within a commutable distance to Montpelier, VT. This is a full-time salaried position with Keane. Please note, 1099 or corp-2-corp contractors will NOT be considered.
