Seattle area healthcare provider that is continually ahead of the Epic implementation curve and innovative in system usage is looking to add a Senior Epic Analyst to their Epic team.
Position Summary:
The Senior Epic Resolute Hospital Billing Application Specialist will play a key role on the Business Applications team. The incumbent will bring their strong clinical information systems implementation experience and knowledge, with key strengths in the configuration (build) and production support of Epic Resolute Hospital Billing.
Requirements:
· Epic Resolute Hospital Billing Certified
· 5+ years of systems analysis experience, which must include Epic Spring 2007
o Systems analysis experience in Epic Resolute Hospital Billing build and production support required
o Additional experience in other EMR applications a plus; such as GE, AllScripts, Meditech, or Cerner
· Exceptional communication skills – must be able to effectively communicate with all levels of staff within the organization, end users, management, and key stakeholders
· Strong understanding of healthcare revenue cycle operations
· Vendor management skills – translating end user needs to vendor representatives
· Knowledge of SDLC (software development life cycle) and the role it plays in complex, multi-platform environments
· Hands-on experience working with SQL and/or Oracle database applications
