We invite you to apply if you meet the following minimum job requirements:

Experience and Skills - 

• 5+ yrs. recent and successful track record estimating Corps of Engineers and commercial projects for a general contractor. Values of projects should have been $5 million and higher.    
• Advanced knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulation and the unique challenges involved in working with the Corps of Engineers and federal bases.
• Demonstrated experience mentoring others and working in a collaborative manner.   This position requires a leader with initiative and a drive to succeed.
• Ability to interpret all levels of drawings from the conceptual through the construction phase of design, narratives, outlines and specifications.
• Some travel required.  The individual must be able to physically navigate a jobsite that is pre-construction and under construction.

Education -  Bachelor degree is highly preferred.
