We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Executive Chef

Job Summary:

Responsible for management of food production and services for the Food and Nutrition Services Department.  Oversees patient food production and non-patient foodservice operation.  Responsible for HACCP implementation, ServSafe sanitation and quality improvement. Assists in establishing departmental policies and procedures to insure effective efficient and ethical work processes.  Strives to fulfill the hospital and department I CARE Values, mission statement and goals.

Qualifications:

• Associate Degree in Culinary Arts
  
• ACF Certified (American Culinary Federation)
  
• BS preferred but not required
  
• Minimum 6 years experience in food service management
  
• Minimum 3 years of the food service management experience must be in healthcare food service
  
• Current ServSafe Certification

Performance Expectations:

• Excellent interpersonal skills, communication skills, customer service skills and demonstrated ability to work cooperatively with production, management, and clinical personnel. 
  
• Extensive gourmet cooking, Garde Manager, and baking experience. 
  
• Knowledge of international cuisines and preparation methods
